Has something gone wrong? Don't worry, you just have to follow these instructions:
Do not throw away the packaging where the painting arrives, it will be used to send it back to our warehouse.
Send an email to bw.artstudio4f@gmail.com and put "Return" as the subject, followed by your order number. The order number is very important to be able to locate it.
We will send you the instructions to make the return.
Explain to us what the damage to the painting is and send us photos of it where the damage is observed and photos of the packaging where it has arrived, in case we have to claim something from the courier service.
We will answer you and give you a solution to your incident.
Claims of this type are not accepted after 7 calendar days from receipt of the product.
